Urban planning is an important focus of our office. We are the authors of land use plans such as the PTETLP (tourist use), development plans for the municipalities of Los Llanos de Aridane and Puntagorda. But partial development plans are also part of our portfolio.
Special uses such as tourism and industry sometimes require a plan approval procedure. Environmental and nature protection as well as sustainability play an important role. That is why we appoint specialists such as sociologists, biologists, engineers for water and environmental technology and others to join our team.
